How to Get Started with Playtomic
New to padel? We’ve made it super simple to get on court, even if you’ve never picked up a racket before.

Download Playtomic from the App Store or Google Play — it’s completely free. Register for an account in under a minute – set your level and preferences and you’re ready to play.
Step 2: Search for WePlay Padel
In the Playtomic app, search for WePlay Padel Kirkbymoorside and add us as a favourite. You’ll then have instant access to our live court availability, coaching sessions, events and current offers.
Step 3: Book Your Court
Browse real-time availability, pick your court and time slot, and pay securely within the app. With Playtomic, you can easily book a court for private play or join an Open Match. Open Matches are ideal for meeting new players and finding games when you don’t have a full group. In either case you can pay outright or split the cost between you.
Step 4: Get Your Access Code and Play
Once confirmed, your access code appears in Playtomic in your next activity (scroll down to the information section). The LED lighting switches on automatically before your match — just turn up and enjoy the game.

Courts are open for bookings daily from 8am to 9pm. Bookings that span the 5pm off-peak/peak threshold are charged pro rata for example, a 2-hour slot from 4pm to 6pm would be charged at £24 + £32 = £56. The 25% membership discount applies to the member’s individual share only, not the whole group booking.

Is the Playtomic app free to download?
Yes, the app is completely free to download and use. You only pay when you make a court booking or sign up for a paid activity such as coaching or a tournament.
How do I find WePlay Padel on Playtomic?
Open the app, tap Search, and type “WePlay Padel Kirkbymoorside”. We’d recommend adding us as a favourite so you can access our courts quickly in future.
Can I split the court cost with other players?
Yes. When creating a booking you can invite your group and split the payment between everyone. Each player pays their own share directly through the app. Please note that if split payments aren’t completed within 2 hours of the match ending, the full balance defaults to the original booking holder.
What payment methods does Playtomic accept?
Playtomic supports Apple Pay, Google Pay, and most major credit and debit cards, making it quick and easy to pay however you prefer.
How do I get my court access code?
Once your booking is confirmed, your 4-digit access code will appear in the app under My Bookings. You’ll also receive an email confirmation. Enter the code followed by # into the keypad to the left of the main entrance door for example, 1234#.
Can I find other players to join my game?
Yes. When creating a booking you can leave spots open for other players to fill. Playtomic will suggest players based on your skill level and location. Spare places remain visible to others until the slot is full.
Do I need a membership to book?
No. Our courts are completely pay and play, no membership is required. If you play regularly, our £10 monthly membership gives you 25% off your share of every court booking and lets you book up to 21 days in advance.
